Attending the 2024 Cultural Heritage training course and workshop of Department of Cultural Heritage of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism
From October 24 to 25, 2024, in Tay Ninh province, Department of Cultural Heritage of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized the 2024 Cultural Heritage training course and the Workshop "Cultural Heritage - Resources for Sustainable Development".
Representatives of many specialized agencies and localities related to cultural heritage sector, including Hoi An Center for Cultural Heritage Management and Preservation, had attended these programmes. These programmes aimed to make an opportunity for heritage specialists to gather, exchange expertise, experiences and propose advanced solutions in terms of safeguarding cultural heritage values. At the workshop, Mr. Pham Phu Ngoc – Director of the Center had a presentation with the theme “Promulgating the Regulations on the protection of the Hoi An Ancient Town – World Cultural Heritage Site”
This is a meaningful annual activity of the Department of Cultural Heritage, MOCST. The activity not only drives professional exchange but also promotes heritage protection solutions towards global sustainable goals.
