On June 2, 2022, Hoi An City People's Committee issued Plan No. 1437/KH-UBND on organizing "Hoi An Craftsmanship" event. According to the Plan, the Hoi An city People's Committee assigned Hoi An Center for Cultural Heritage Management and Preservation to organize a seminar on "Development orientation of traditional occupations and folk arts towards a creative city" and a ceremony for Tra Que Vegetable Farming receiving “National intangible cultural heritage” title.

This house is an architectural relic of Class II in the protection Zone I of Hoi An Ancient Town. A fire incident caused serious damage to the house.
