On June 2, 2022, Hoi An City People's Committee issued Plan No. 1437/KH-UBND on organizing "Hoi An Craftsmanship" event. According to the Plan, the Hoi An city People's Committee assigned Hoi An Center for Cultural Heritage Management and Preservation to organize a seminar on "Development orientation of traditional occupations and folk arts towards a creative city" and a ceremony for Tra Que Vegetable Farming receiving “National intangible cultural heritage” title.
As part of the plan to build a dossier of intangible cultural heritage proposed to be included in the National List of Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2022, on the morning of May 10th, at the community house in Thanh Tam village, Cam Thanh commune, Hoi An Center for Cultural Heritage Management and Preservation (Hoi An Center) has coordinated with the locality to organize a community consultation on the making bamboo and coconut houses in Cam Thanh.
Recently, the People’s Council of Quang Nam province issued Resolution No. 13/2022/NQ-HDND dated April 21, 2022 stipulating a mechanism to support for investment and renovation of ranked relics in Quang Nam province in the period 2022-2025.

Recently, the People’s Committee of Hoi An City has issued the Document No. 908/UBND dated April 14, 2022 regarding the agreement on restoring the original state of the house No. 134 in Nguyen Thai Hoc street. This house is an architectural relic of Class II in the protection Zone I of Hoi An Ancient Town. A fire incident caused serious damage to the house.

Management Plan of the World Cultural Heritage Site - Hoi An Ancient Town for the period 2020 - 2025, with the orientation towards 2030 was approved by Quang Nam Province People’s Committee in Decision No. 351/QD-UBND dated February 11, 2020. This is an important basis to manage the World Cultural Heritage - Hoi An Ancient Town in the coming time.
Recently, Quang Nam People's Council issued Resolution No. 20/NQ-HDND dated March 16, 2021 regarding the decision on investment policy of a number of projects using central budget. According to the Resolution, Fire Prevention and Fighting Project in Hoi An Ancient Town is listed in the portfolio with a total cost of VND 200,000,000,000 (Two hundred billion Vietnam dongs) for the period 2021 - 2024.
