Decision on the financial support for restoring the house No. 48B in Bach Dang street, Minh An ward
Recently, the People’s Committee of Hoi An City issued Decision No. 287/QD-UBND dated April 7th, 2022 regarding the financial support for repairing and renovating the house No. 48B in Bach Dang street, Minh An ward.

This house is an architectural relic of Class IV in the protection Zone I of Hoi An Ancient Town.
According to the above decision, the house No. 48B in Bach Dang street, Minh An ward is supported by 40% of the restoration cost (the item of yin and yang roof tiles). Funding takes from recurrent expenditure of basic construction in 2022.
The financial support contributes to preserving the value of the relic in particular and the landscape and architectural value of Hoi An Ancient Town in general.
