Visitors to museums and relics managed by Hoi An Center for Cultural Heritage Management and Preservation in the first quarter of 2024

In the first quarter of 2024, the number of visitors visiting the Old Quarter increased.
Museums and relics managed by Hoi An Center for Cultural Heritage Management and Preservation, such as Museum of Folklore, Museum of Sa Huynh Culture, Museum of Trading Ceramics, Museum of Traditional Medicine, Quan Cong Temple,... attract a large number of domestic and international tourists coming.
Recently, Hoi An Center for Cultural Heritage Management and Preservation has often organized many experiential activities at thematic museums with a variety of content and forms such as experiencing wrapping banh Chung – banh Tet, making egg tarts, making quilling paper, etc. These activities have contributed to attracting tourists to visit and learn about the history and culture of Hoi An. In the first quarter of 2024, museums and relics directly managed by the Hoi An Cultural Heritage Management and Preservation Center welcomed 222,761 visitors, including 217,781 international visitors and 4,980 Vietnamese visitors.
In the coming time, the Center will focus on organizing more diverse and attractive experiential activities, thereby contributing to promoting the value of Hoi An cultural heritage effectively.
